Kayak Over The Falls! (1)

This amazing series of 3 shots is best viewed in large format. While visiting Lower Mesa Falls on Henry’s Fork of the Snake River in Idaho, we noticed a man in a kayak at the base of the falls and wondered where he came from. Soon one tourist said another man in a kayak went over the falls. We had missed it. But then we saw a third one come up to the top of the falls and hesitate and went behind some rocks on the right side of the brink. I watched for him, but couldn’t see him come out from behind the rocks. Apparently he went back up stream and came down at the right angle. When I finally saw him he was in the pool on the intermediate ledge. (Can you believe I accidentally deleted my shot of him there?!! Arrrgh!) However, I did get a series of three shots of him going over the second section of the falls. In this view he is at the right of the falls just going over the brink.
